10-425 Screw Thread Vials

• Wide-opening vials provide an increased target area for easier sample preparation and to reduce the chance of bent or broken needles during sampling
• Vials are manufactured of Clear, Type 1 Class A or Amber, Type 1 Class B borosilicate glass
• Requires the use of 10-425 screw thread closures and 10mm septa. Please see Assembled Caps and Septa.

10-425 Screw Thread Microsampling Vials

• Microvials are ideal when working with small samples or for samples that must be evaporated and reconstituted without having to use multiple sample vials
• Microsampling vials have a standard 12x32mm profile and are compatible with 10-425 screw thread closures. Please see Assembled Caps and Septa.

Plastic Microsampling Vials

• Polypropylene vials are an excellent choice when working with aqueous samples in pharmaceutical applications, sodium analysis or for pH sensitive samples
• TPX vials provide maximum clarity, are highly resistant to chemical attack and have a high melting point

Glass Microsampling Vials

• 350µL MacroVial with fused glass insert

Assembled Caps and Septa for 10-425 Screw Thread Vials

• 10-425 Open-top closures are made of high quality polypropylene
• Pre-assembled septa reduces the chance of contamination during sample preparation
• Conveniently pre-assembled to save time in the lab

Molded Closures

Natural molded polypropylene closures are a convenient alternative when a resealable closure is not required. The thin membrane allows for easy needle penetration and the purchase and assembly of septa are not required with this easy-to-use one-piece closure.
