• StepVial II system is designed to ensure proper centering of limited volume inserts, eliminating missed injections
• Vials have a standard graduated write-on patch for easy filling and identification of sample
• Vials are manufactured of Clear, Type 1 Class A or Amber, Type 1 Class B, borosilicate glass
• StepVial II may be used with robotic autosamplers in place of crimp style vials
• Vials have a 40% larger opening for easier sample preparation
• StepVial II vials must be used with 9mm, StepVial II closures to ensure proper fit and functionality. Please see 9mm Caps and Septa Kits.

Caps and Septa Kits

• Caps are made of high quality polypropylene
• Closures have the profile of a crimp or snap closure for compatibility with robotic autosamplers
• Pre-assembled septa reduces the chance of contamination during sample preparation, while saving sample preparation time in the lab
• Septa are 0.040" thick

• Open-top unlined closures are made of high quality polypropylene
• Designed specifically for use with Step II Vial System

Unassembled Step II System Vial Kits

• Caps and septa are pre-assembled to save time during sample preparation and to minimize contamination during assembly
• Vials are conveniently provided in an adjacent well for easy accessibility
• Kits are an economical alternative to ordering multiple components
• Vials have a 1.5mL nominal volume

Assembled Step II System Vial Kits

• Vials, caps and septa are assembled reducing possible contamination of the sample storage container
